About Georgia

Helping you get back to what you love

I’m Georgia Ashton, a qualified sports rehabilitator and strength and conditioning practitioner, with a BSc (Hons) from Plymouth University.

A personal understanding of recovery

Sport has always been a big part of my life. I began competing in swimming at the age of eight, and today I enjoy hiking, swimming, and running. When an injury brought my competitive swimming career to an end, receiving care from a sports rehabilitator helped me see the difference that the right support can make. That experience inspired me to pursue a career helping others.

Support for sport and everyday life

Through my work in clinical and team environments, I have supported people from a wide range of backgrounds to recover from injury, rebuild confidence, maintain their fitness, and work towards their goals.

My focus is on helping people through injury, recovery, and performance—whether you are an athlete returning to your sport or simply want to move and feel better in everyday life.

I have a particular interest in working with runners and rugby players, supporting injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance. I also enjoy working with older adults to help them stay active and feel more confident in their movement.

Experience in team sport

During my time at university, I was lead medic for the university’s rugby teams, managing injuries and supporting recovery and wellbeing across both teams. I also established an injury clinic to give players access to dedicated care.

In my third year, this work was recognised with the Humanity Award and Practitioner of the Year Award.
